Terms and Conditions of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to Aitrez Solutions Group (“we”, “us”, or “Aitrez”). By accessing or using our digital services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Scope of Services

Aitrez offers digital business solutions, including:

  • Remote talent outsourcing (IT, marketing, admin)
  • Business process automation
  • Web and e-commerce development
  • Digital marketing and advertising
  • Executive recruitment and virtual assistance

Each service may include specific terms as defined in a formal agreement or signed contract. These Terms remain in force unless replaced by a new, signed agreement between both parties.

3. Appropriate Use

You agree to use our services lawfully and responsibly. Prohibited uses include:

  • Illegal, fraudulent, or spam-related activities
  • Unauthorized sharing of access or confidential information
  • Disruption, tampering, or abuse of our systems

4. Service Contracts and Invoicing

Each service provided by Aitrez is supported by a dedicated service contract and invoice. You agree to provide accurate and current information during onboarding. In services involving third-party platforms, clients are responsible for licensing unless otherwise specified.

5. Intellectual Property

All processes, methods, tools, and content developed by Aitrez are the exclusive intellectual property of Aitrez SG, unless stated otherwise. Rights of use or reproduction must be explicitly granted in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the affected service during the last month.

7. Service-Specific Conditions

  • Remote Talent: Aitrez provides sourcing and assignment of talent. Daily task management is the client’s responsibility unless otherwise contracted.
  • Automation: Automations are built using tools such as Zapier, Make, Airtable, or APIs. Clients are responsible for applicable software licenses.
  • Marketing: Clients must provide brand assets, advertising accounts, and platform access. While we deliver strategy execution, we do not guarantee sales or specific outcomes.
  • Web Development: We deliver a functional site per the project scope. Aitrez is not responsible for third-party edits post-launch.
  • Recruitment: Includes sourcing and candidate evaluation. Hiring is not guaranteed unless agreed under a success-based model.

8. Delivery Times

Delivery timelines are specified per project. Aitrez is not responsible for delays caused by clients, including late approvals or missing access.

9. Confidentiality & Data Protection

All information shared is treated as confidential. NDAs can be signed when required. Data from users, leads, or internal teams will be protected under strict protocols.

10. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Miami, Florida.

11. Communications

By engaging our services, you consent to receive operational, technical, or promotional communications via email or WhatsApp. You may opt-out at any time.

12. Cancellations & Refunds

Each service may include specific cancellation terms. Generally, services already rendered or initiated are non-refundable. Cancellations must be notified at least 7 business days in advance.

13. Updates to These Terms

Aitrez may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website or notified via email. Continued use of our services implies acceptance.
